Videos
If you are having problems viewing
videos, please check first that
your organisation does not prevent
videos from being played. Check
with your IT support and ask whether
the block can be lifted. If you
are still experiencing difficulty
playing a video file, you may
need to upgrade your computer’s
media player. The latest version
can be downloaded from the Microsoft
Download Centre. You will
also need to have the following
software on your computer.
Adobe Acrobat / PDF
If you are unable to open pdf documents such as the Quick Update, please go to http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ where you can download a free version of the software required in order to do so.
Microsoft Word and Excel
You can get free converters and viewers from http://office.microsoft.com. If you do not use or have access to Microsoft Office software you will still be able to see these files by using a Microsoft Office viewer.
