Privacy at Work

 

man with PDAA new management document (ST20 Privacy at Work) has been produced to draw the attention of employers to the fact that any monitoring of their employees and their communications at work must comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000.
